USANA Health Sciences was recently recognized for producing the best dietary supplements in the state of Utah at the "Best of State" awards gala.

Recognition as the best "dietary supplement company" in the state of Utah is especially meaningful because of the numerous supplement manufacturers located here. According to the Utah Natural Products Alliance, Utah has between 80-100 dietary supplement companies with sales of more the $2.5 billion, and USANA Health Sciences has now been officially recognized as "Best in State."

Distinguished guests from Utah's private and public communities presented the awards, including U.S. Senator Orrin Hatch, John Huntsman Jr. (former U.S. Trade Ambassador), Gretchen Jensen (former Miss USA, 2nd runner-up to Miss Universe), and Derek Parra. Mr. Parra is an Olympic gold medalist sponsored in part through USANA's association with U.S. Speedskating.
